Our tour program covers several
highlights of Turkey. These include: the
Anatolian Civilizations Museum, the
Citadel of Ankara, the famous Mosaic
Museum in Antakya, the Atatürk High Dam,
a breath taking view of Nemrut Mountain,
of Adiyaman with it's statues of Gods
and Godesses of the ancient world, the
moon like landscape of Cappadocia, and
finally Hattusa (the capital of the
Hittite Empire).
In a religious view we will visit many
Old Testament and New Testament
locations. Some of these are Tarsus (the
birthplace of Saint Paul) Antioch, Urfa
(the ancient Edessa) which is nicknamed
the city of the Prophets. A deep look
will be given to the mystic world of
Islam in Konya (the city where the
whirling Derwishes lived)
